Research has demonstrated that followers of Jesus, whose lives are truly being changed and transformed to become more like Jesus Christ, all share one common characteristic: that is, daily reading and reflection on God’s Word

And, with the New Year right around the corner, why don’t we make a New Year’s resolution that will truly help us become better disciples of Jesus in the upcoming year?!?

As we look to 2018, we as the Bethel family are about to embark on a new adventure together. Starting January 1st, we’re encouraging everyone to commit to reading through the Bible in 2018 using the One Year Bible plan.

Each day’s reading should only take about 15 minutes as you read a passage from the Psalms, a passage from Proverbs, from the OT and one from the NT.

We hope you’ll join us in this worthy endeavor as we seek to grow closer to Christ in 2018. There are 3 ways you can participate:

  • Purchase the One Year Bible from your local bookstore or on Amazon.com.
  • Grab the plan at the info desk over the next few Sundays that you can place in your Bible. You can also download it and print it from home by clicking here.
  • If you use a smartphone (iOS/Android), we encourage you to download the “Bible App” and subscribe to the “One Year Bible” plan within the app and read it wherever you are.

Let’s make 2018 a year of spiritual growth!!! We urge the Bethel family to join with your brothers and sisters in Christ as we grow closer to God… reading and reflecting on his eternal Word daily.
